Pacific Integrated Manufacturing offers high quality plastic injection medical molding capabilities along with assembly services, producing custom products in a one-off or contract manufacturing capacity for customers in the medical device and life science fields. We specialize in white room and dry room assembly, and offer project management services as well. Possible parts include micro parts, miniature, small parts, multi-component, and continuous products, produced with our one shot medical injection molding process. Our state-of-the-art plastic medical device manufacturing equipment boasts clamping forces from U.S. tonnage #s 55T to 225T, and our process achieves a tight tolerance of ±0.005" during molding. We maintain an on-site tool room and handle all necessary mold 

maintenance. Components are created from a number of materials including ABS, acetyl, acrylic, nylon, PET, polycarbonate, and polystyrene, to name a few. Typical products we manufacture include centrifuge tubes, culture tubes, pipette tips, racks, and cassettes for diagnostic tests. Production volume includes prototypes, low volume small runs to large run high volume manufacturing.

All produced parts and processes uphold the quality standards set by ISO 13485, with full testing and inspections implemented to ensure integrity. Turnaround times are 2 weeks, with emergency and rush services available, along with Just-in-Time programs.
